What Plainco does

Every figure, with its clause.
Plainco pulls out the amount, the dates, the notice period and the conditions, and shows you which clause each one comes from. If it cannot back it up with the contract, it says “no data”. No summaries that make things up.

SEVENTH. RENT AND INDEXATION.
The tenant shall pay a monthly rent of ONE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED AND FIFTY EUROS (€1,250). The rent shall be reviewed annually in line with the CPI, with a guaranteed minimum increase of 2%.
EIGHTH. TERM AND RENEWAL.
A term of three years, ending on 2 January 2027. Upon expiry, it shall be deemed tacitly renewed for annual periods unless notice is given at least forty-five days in advance.
