Plainco
Cookie Policy
Last updated: 9 October 2026
Translation of the Spanish original. If there is any difference, the Spanish version prevails.
1. What cookies are
Cookies and similar technologies, such as the browser’s local storage, keep small pieces of data on your device so that a website works or remembers your choices.
2. What we use
plainco.io only uses first-party, technical and preference cookies and local storage. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not load third-party resources that set them: fonts are served from our own domain.
Because these cookies are needed for the service or set when you choose an option, they do not require your consent and we do not show a cookie banner.
3. Technical
- sb-…-auth-token (local storage): keeps you signed in. Deleted when you sign out.
- plainco.upload.pendingChecks (local storage): notes the pending checks for contracts you have just uploaded. Deleted once they are done.
- plainco_processing_watch (session storage): follows the analysis of a document in progress. Deleted when you close the tab.
4. Preferences
- plainco_lang (local storage): the language you choose. Kept until you delete it.
- plainco.space.… (local storage): the last space you chose in each organisation. Kept until you delete it.
- sidebar_state (cookie): whether the app’s side menu is open or collapsed. Expires after 7 days.
5. Third-party pages
When you pay or manage your subscription, we take you to Stripe’s pages, which use their own cookies to process the payment and prevent fraud, under Stripe’s cookie policy.
6. How to delete or block them
You can delete or block cookies and local storage in your browser settings. If you delete the technical ones, you will be signed out and some features will not work until you sign in again.
7. Changes
If we ever add analytics or other cookies that need your consent, we will update this policy and ask for your consent before setting them. Questions: hello@plainco.io.
